Since you’ve held the stance since beta that these skills aren’t important and really don’t do much damage, why is it they have the absolute longest cooldowns out of any of the elite skills in the game?

It’s just weird that if they don’t do anything then why penalize them so much?

That’s all part of them being inferior, is it not? Otherwise, for example, a charr elementalist would take Warband over Summon Elemental, which is what Anet wants to avoid.

Make a chronomancer.

Elite skills in general have really long cooldowns for the most part. I would like to see most of them looked at by ANet and revised downwards
