Coolest Rifle Ruined by Clipping (images)
You should try the charrzooka if you want to see clipping.
They will never fix clipping issues unless you can buy the changes they make as a patch in the gemstore.

Also try Hunter. Great for hunting them pesky Dredge.

But that’s the thing… You would think that the amount of money players are investing already in the Gem Store (myself included), it would be enough to fund a little tweaking to the clipping issues prevalent in the weapon shown in my OP, along with a few other weapons that have very obvious clipping issues…
I just don’t get how a lot of these weapons can be rolled out without testing how they look first from all aspects (while running, while standing idle, while attached to the back of a character, and while the weapon is being utilized).
I mean, yea, the designers of these weapons follow through with at least 90% of the testing, yet the 10% that is not addressed is what totally ruins the look of a lot of the weapons.

a charr with her charrzooka!
I believe what you said before you posted the images. I am very aware of the clipping issues prevalent in other weapons.
The question is how aware is Anet of the these clipping issues, and when will they address them? Some of you think or say ‘never’, yet I want to believe otherwise because I am trying to keep the faith that Anet cannot be so negligent of such things that shouldn’t even be a thing in the first place…
Stuff like this is what I call rushed design at its finest.
P.S. Perhaps we should just make this the ‘clipping’ thread and attach all our images here so Anet can see them.

The real shame is people roll an Asuran warrior, take a look at the GS clipping and say no thanks.
Then Anet look at their stats, see that there are not many Asuaran warriors and say no problem then, no need to prioritize a fix here.

The guy who designed the Charrzooka wasn’t interested in talking to those boring guys in the compatability Dept

The problem with Asurans and Greatswords can be fixed quite simply if the designers just scaled Greatswords a bit more properly with the size of Asurans, that or apply the proper ‘tilt’ in how such weapons (like the one shown in my OP) are held.

I think the Charrzooka’s size should either be sawed down a bit with a little ‘tilt’ applied in how it is held by characters, or just apply the ‘tilt’ itself in how the weapon is held by characters without sawing down the size of it.
