Clearing a dungeon in 2 hours yields only 2 silver (+ repair bills) at the end, yet traveling from one place to another costs 4 silver? Makes me wonder…

Silly, dungeons are not suppose to be rewarding, they are suppose to be about the fun of mindlessly bashing near tacticless boss encounters offering nothing.

Guild Wars fans love the concept. didnt you know?

Indeed we do! There’s more to be said for explore and adventure than sitting in a queue with you waiting for easy shinnies a’la cartoon flavor.

Explorables are not even harder than heroics on WoW. they just have cheap Diablo III like design built in to make a boring dungeon tedious.

In addition to that, you need to kill 100s of bosses to get “shinies”

So yes, if you think I like “easy shinies” then if its more fun yes. I win either way because the content is actual well designed and fun.

But if machosists guild wars fans like lame Diablo III style encounter grinding to brag about then more power to you…

I think it’s time you took a break from games and got some sun or something. If people enjoy it they will play it and apparently the masses are doing just that. Just because this game isn’t the picture perfect image of what you wanted doesn’t make it bad. I’d step off the soap box if I were you and realize that hey! Guess what? You don’t speak for all of us…. Or more from what I’ve seen pretty much none of us.

World of Warcraft is a horrible game to base anything off of. The game caters to the easily amused, instant gratification vs actually putting work into crowd. Sure, it has numbers, numbers that have been steadily dwendling, guess what? So does Farmville, and Farmville is a kitten horrible game too.

Guild Wars 2 isn’t hard in the slightest, it does have a challenge factor to it and anyone I know that doesn’t come from WoW seem to enjoy them. (That may not be the case for everyone) Anytime I hear any sort of complaint it is always followed by “Well, in WoW”. Right there, STOP! You lost all credibility. Panda’s and Pokemon that way. I could never understand how so many people give Blizzard so much credit when the company berates your intelligence constantly by “dumbing” things down for you.

Thanks for the heads-up to NOT do dungeons, wasting time. I’m coming from a capitalist stand-point where cash rewards are king, rather than socialist stand-point where no one gets rewards, but a pittance is handed out to everyone for doing nothing worthwhile.
