Could an alternate loot system exist in parallell with the current?
This is in the game, the difference is, you gt the weapon with tokens instead of drops. RNG sucks.
I’m a casual/“slightly semi-hardcore” player and I really enjoy this game. However there is one thing that is annoying me a lot. Where is the sence of achievement when it comes to loot in this game? Or rather, were is the frikin loot? I know, exotics aren’t very difficult to get but how fun is it to buy the stuff of the TP?
Player x – “Oh wow, what a cool sword. Were did u get it”.
Player y – “It’s a cool story! I went to this dungeon and slayed this epic dra.. Oh wait.. I bought it on the trading post”
That might be easy to get but gives no sense of achievement what so ever. I want to be able to go to this dungen, fight an epic battle and in the end get something so I can feel that I actually got rewarded and achieved something. Now I have to grind a lot of tokens that is needed to get an already decided piece of loot. What happened to fighting a boss and get something for it? The world bosses drops whites sometimes for gods sake! Never have I got an exotic drop except for map completion and never a lvl 80 version. The mods seems to think this is a QQ post but I’m actually suggesting that they bring another loot system which can be used in parallell with the new one. Is it to much to excpect a lvl 75-80 exotic by the end of every dungeon? Max 1 per day or something?
