I see so many people raging about rewards lately, and i was asking myself: would gems be considered a good reward? Something like 1 gem for every 3AP (not retroactive for dailies/monthlies), 50 for meta-achi completition, 50 for successful 3 headed wurm completition, between 1 and 5 for winning in an activity, same for arenas…: not too much, not too little.

Do you think it would inflate the market too much?

We do get gem rewards from AP achievements.

To be honest, we’re a little lucky that gem store items are rewarded occasionally.

No, gems are meant to be paid for with cash. If you want gems without paying cash, exchange for gold.

A better question: if ANET used those numbers, how many gems would it give you ?
