Are players able to craft more than one legendary of the same type?
For example, can I craft 10x Sunrise with my account?

If you buy the precursors yes. That is how you get the twice told title. Also, you can only make 1 of the newer legendary, if you try to make it again it will not let you.

yeah I’m interested in making Sunrise/Twilight only … materials cost about 900g + 700 for dawn, and I can easily sell Sunrise for 3100g on TP -15% fee = around 1000g profit

They did mention on one of the live streams that they are working on a “blank” legend that could then be turned into one of the other legends that you have already created. That seemed to be their solution to the question of whether somebody could make two of one of the new legends (for example having two Nevermore staves).
To my knowledge though, they haven’t said anymore more about it and that was back around HoT launch.
It’s better to keep your mouth shut and appear stupid than to open it and remove all doubt.
