Create Raid Forum

No point doing the obvious I guess…might as well make it slow and bureaucratic or wait for lots of complaints.
Well right now there’s really no need for it and people will just go to Dulfy to find out how to do them.
There’s already the instanced content subforum anyway for Fractals and Dungeons.
And since dungeons are being even further abandoned it’ll be easy to just make it the Fractals and Raids forum.
Or they could pretend they still care and just call it the Instanced Content forum.
I could see it going either way.
