Can you please remove the global cool-down of this food? Or add sigils with no cool-down?
It seems stupid that someone can stand in my attacks and I don’t get benefit for it because of a fake cool-down. You should punish people/zergs/npcs for just standing still. Not install fake skill via internal-cool downs.
