short version, it’s a skin, people are supposed to work a bit to get them. T3 racial sets are middle/long-term goals, and they’re very affordable (I say this as a player who does not “farm” anything and never “camp” world events)
It’s a prestige item. A month of dedicated money making will be more than enough to afford T3 cultural armor.
Wow, I want them so bad but just thinking of farming and gold making to get them… ahhh 1 gold would be cool. lol haha I can dream
