Q:
Cultural Armor Skins Previously Purchased
Unfortunately, because the Emperor achievement only keeps track of the first 6 armor pieces belonging to a single tier that were bought, ANet has no way of knowing how many T1 or T2 armors you bought. Or which armor weight or race they were bought on.
If you still have the armor skins transmuted onto existing armor, those skins should be unlocked in the wardrobe. But if you had deleted them somewhere down the line before the Wardrobe came out, then I’m afraid you’re out of luck.
On the bright side, at least it isn’t the T3 armors you need to re-purchase.
well… for us pvp players who spent 40gold (i guess) and a couple laurels on t3 armours to unlock their skins for pvp
theystill are ulocked but we dont get any progress in the emperor title so if we want it..hey just buy more t3 s
-.-
i think they should bind the emperor title to the skins you have unlocked
even if this wont help
your particular problem…
deleted armours legendaries ascended stuff that after the update can be used account wide but wernt be4.. well… unlucky..
I’m disappointed as this has happened to me, but with T3 Norn heavy, T3 Human light, T3 Asura Medium and T3 Human Medium.
Though, I suppose it could be argued, that before the Wardrobe update you would have to pay for them again if you wanted them back.
So, wait a second…
You bought those armors, then sold them again sometime before the patch, so now you didn’t got the skins unlocked?
So why did you sell them if you wanted to keep them?
In the end I suppose the benefits of the wardrobe makes it worth the expense of purchasing again the cultural armors.
However I still think there should be a refund or exchange ticket for at least one armor set from each cultural armor tier, based on the emperor’s achievements unlocked for each user even if a user bought more than one set for the same tier, better to get one back than none.
I hope I managed to explain myself.
