So now with ascended armor you can swap it between toons! Awesome!
But let’s say you have 1 Asura ele, and 1 sylvari ele. And you wan’t to change your gear. But if you have cultural armor on any of the pieces you will have to first transmute it back to a normal piece before you can put it on your Sylvari, and if you want cultural armor on your sylvari you will have to transmute it again. So that will take 2 stones per piece.

Is this intended or? Obviously it shouldn’t be possible to wear asura cultural on a sylvari but now you have to use 2 charges for it.

Ascended Armor = Account Bound
Cultural Armor = Can only be used by characters of a specific race
Ascended Cultural Armor = Account Bound, can only be used by characters of a specific race.

I don’t see a conflict there, nor do I see why it wouldn’t be working as intended.

It’s your choice if you want to use an armor on different character, or if you want a special skin. It’s not their fault.
