I have just hit level 80 on a couple of characters. I play humans and Norns only. My question is, if I were to purchase a set of cultural armor does it behave like other pieces and unlock the skin accountwide? Also, let’s say I have two characters in the priory, buy one set and unlock the skins, it would be available only to my other characters of the same order correct?

I am really hoping these are not soulbound. Any clarification would be appreciated. Thank you.

Yes, they get added to your wardrobe for account-wide use.

Cultural armors unlock in wardrobe – yes, but only that race can use them eg. Once you unlock human cultural armors then only other human characters can use that skin.

Order skins unlock for all characters of any race/order i belive.

Skins are account bound. It’s just the race-specific ones that, while account bound, only apply to a specific race.

As an example, I nabbed the Whispers medium coat for a character that went Vigil. Works just fine.

Yes, but it keeps race locked to use.

Not only to the same order, but to all your characters.
If you want you can use priory chest, whispers helmet, vigil shoulder and so on.
