This isn’t an angry rant and if SPs aren’t fixed for another week I’ll be patient. I am however curious and would like some help understanding on what goes into fixing a bugged skill point. Currently there are skill points that are bugged that are reported daily by players, sometimes multiple times by the same character so it is likely that between all the reports sent from in game to the bug section on these forums, the devs are aware of this issue.

(Specific SPs are not listed because that would then make this topic better suited in the bug report section, were I would rather it be here and have a civil discussion about it to help divert other players from creating harmful topics if we could perhaps get a response on the inner workings."

Once again this topic isn’t about “fix it now” as it may honestly not be a high priority on the totem pole but once again really just a question of what goes into fixing a skill point besides a server reset?

So far from reading the forums Devs have since release, altered the game in the forms of dungeon fixes by tweaking events within and by switching how items are obtained (ex; removing butter and chocolate from karma vendors and switching them to the bags dropped from various mobs).

These Devs have been vocal on mentioning why the fixes were done and why they were needed. I believe that fixing a SP is between the difficulties of making a dungeon event preform differently than it was originally and resigning where an item is obtained.

Any input is welcome.

The hard part is fixing what’s broken, without breaking something else. Programming of any kind tends to do that.
