Guild Wars 2

Just curious if others feel the cost is a bit too high at the moment. Just curious since I would imagine given the nature of impulse purchases that ArenaNet would most likely stand to net a much larger profit if they kept server transfers at around $10 rather than the $23 or whatever it is now. Anyway, just wanted to get some other opinions on the matter. Thanks all.

Pretty much what it costs in WoW, and that game also has a monthly subscription, and around what it costs in most of the games I’ve played.

I think the idea is to inhibit server hopping for WvW purposes.

Since the only reason to transfer servers impacts WvW play, the price is probably at a good place. There were WvW issues when transferring was low cost or free.
