I was wondering if they are already offering kitten bundle for both, can I get the code separately and do what I wish with it?

I think thats fair considering the bundle already includes this. Can a ANET employee confirm this?

It’s 3:45 AM on the east coast where they are. I wouldn’t expect any ANet employees to be back on the forum for at least 6 more hours, minimum.

I think their plan is to discontinue GW2 core and only sell HoT from now on (reasonable as the more people have core but not HoT, the more split the population becomes) — so it’s highly unlikely they’re going to give you a separate code for GW2 core when you upgrade.

My guess is, given the outrage, vet players maybe will get an exclusive mini, or perhaps a few gems for upgrading.
