The meta hasn’t changed yet. Even with the first element.
People are still going for the Glass Builds (Berserker, Sinister, Assassins, Viper)
Only difference here there is few more useful builds but slots for those are quite limited due to Enrage timers. Thats the raids.

Fractals are still pure glass.

I can’t tell you whats best for each class.
Herald I think its berserker. Even if it changes in raids there is still all of the core content available, also I do not think condi revenant is at a good stage and pure tanks revenants aren’t needed yet. For healing/support I’m not sure yet but I think there is few other classes that can do it better.

I switched to marauder, still loving it

Pretty much same meta crap. Go in, push out damage, finish fast, collect reward, go about your business.

Or:
Go in casual, finish in 3-4x the time of a glass team, get rewards, go in again a few times while a Zerk/viper-sini team go about their lives cause they finished farming 40 mins ago.

I do not play pure Zerk Revenant and I like it a lot more because Iam not getting oneshotet all the time. But Iam not playing raids, so …
