I keep hearing about this dps meter npc. Where is it located? I can’t seem to find it? Any help on its location?

you can make a raid squad to enter without having a commander pin

And I believe it comes up in combat chat as the golem drops every 25% in HP.

And remember create a squad to enter, just press P and then in the create button. You don’t need anyone else in the squad.
