Can you guys seriously make the time when the daily achievements reset something more reasonable. I was 2 objectives away from completely finishing them all until it reset at 4:00 pm game time… Please change it to something more reasonable because i’m sure most of use wouldn’t expect it to reset so soon.

What difference does it make? You have 24 hours at 4pm game time.

Theres something called “in-game” time and it would be a lot simpler if they made it reset at 12 pm “in-game” time

It might be tied to the time best suited for that serve’s zone.

For example on Gunnars Hold (euro) it resets at midnight – perfect for UK players and for European players (1 am for the continent).

Theoretically speaking, if the reset happens to be exactly in the middle of your daily gaming time, you only get 50% of the time to finish it. Come to think of it, is there any reason we can no just set up our daily reset time manually? I mean I don’t see that happening in the near future, but it would certainly solve that specific problem.

I’m in North America, central time, so my reset is 6:00 pm. I feel for you OP, because I was literally minutes away from completing daily (had one more event to find) and missed it today. Had a very busy day and couldn’t make it in time (same for last night). Sometimes it just works out that way. I’m glad it’s a good reset for other areas of the globe – but I agree, it’s not so great for NA.

In the grand scheme of things, it really doesn’t matter tho.
But it’s certainly nice to finish the dailies when we can.

I see this topic come up quite a bit. I live in Australia where the daily reset is roughly around 10am. I play with people who live in the U.S and as soon as dailies reset, their first task is to do the dailies (as soon as they can). That way they are out of the way and you are free to enjoy the game as you please. This usually involves them going to a different zone for different things, for example they’ll use starter zones for kill variety + gathering, and cursed shore for events + kill amount.

I’m in Aus as well and it’s a bonus on a saturday morning. Get the daily complete before 10am and redo it half an hour later

You still have 24 hours to complete it, not half of that. But you need to know the exact time when it happens for you. So if you play the game from 10-16, for example, and reset happens at 12, start doing your daily right after reset, that way you will have the same 6 hours to complete it (12-16 of first day+10-12 of next day). Don’t leave your daily for next morning. This could be a problem only if you skip days playing, then yes, you only have half the time on them.

Considering that you can do your daily in 30-40min if lucky and on the right map, I don’t think the OP has 6 hours of daily gaming at his hands oO

However.. OP, if you have somewhat stable times you can try to spend the time after the reset with preparing for the next day at which you finish your “daily”. But I guess you do that already..

I think the most it has ever taken me to do a daily is 1 hour.

I’m pretty sure this sort of thread has been posted many many times, but…

The reset happens at 0:00, GMT. For all servers. Which translates to 4:00 pm pacific time (Which I’m assume is your time zone)

A countdown timer in the daily window would be really nice.

It resets at 6pm where I live. I sleep from 2pm until 9pm daily because I work from 10pm until 7am. If they made the reset at noon my time…

I would still have the time to either do the daily before it – or after it. Why do you only play from 3:40pm until 4:10pm server time? Personal problems don’t require Developers to change the game, get over yourself.
