I determined the Daily Activity rotation:

Day 1: Crab Toss
Day 2: Sanctum Spirit
Day 3: Southsun Survival
Day 4: Crab Toss
Day 5: Sanctum Spirit
Day 6: Southsun Survival
Day 7: Keg Brawl
(repeat)

Why so little Keg Brawl?

Because Keg Brawl is so bad.

Because Keg Brawl is always on Sundays !

Because Anet hates Keg Brawl ;(

Well, let’s say we did the order this way:

Mon: Crab Toss
Tues: Sanctum Sprint
Wed: Southsun Survival
Thurs: Keg Brawl
Fri: Crab Toss
Sat: Sanctum Sprint
Sun: Southsun Survival

No matter what order, one Activity will be only once/week while the other 3 are twice. Guess it just happened to be Keg Brawl.

They could, of course, cycle through them on an 8-day schedule, but maybe they wanted certain activities to always be on the same day of the week. Maybe Keg Brawl was chosen as the one to be once-a-week, as it had been in the game longest. Or maybe, it’s just arbitrary. /shrug

Keg brawl is once a week because 2 can’t be gotten into other than on those days(sprint and survival). You can play keg brawl and crab toss from hoelbrak and southsun cove.

It’s quite the opposite for me, Keg Brawl is the most awesome minigame we have.

They really need to make all activities available all the time.

Keg Brawl could actually develop real teams and maybe even some homemade leagues.

Actually, I think the only activity you can play off daily is Southsun Survival.

Sorry for the necropost, but I figured it was better than making a new thread for an issue that people have brought up many times.

+1 to any idea that gets us more Keg Brawl (even if it’s as simple as just rotating the four games directly). It’s my favorite game, and as it stands right now it’ll be nearly impossible to get Kegmaster with it only being playable once per week. The standards for the achievements are significantly above the other activities already, especially keg recoveries. I don’t think that the intention for this achievement was really “get three friends who have nothing else to do with their weekend, find a time slot where few people are playing, and farm recoveries for hours.” As lame and unlikely as that is, it’s currently the only way you can get this achievement in your lifetime.

I suggest a switch to a 4 day cycle.

As it is, if someone can’t play on Sundays, they never get to play Keg Brawl.

I’m with the Keg Brawl lovers here. Wish we could form teams and have a team leader board. Its nice when you get a player that understands the pass and can linger at the halfway point looking to receive a pass and make the score. Its not like you can stop to type while playing, so communication is non-existant. You have to do it with positioning, and if no one on your team understands WHY someone is positioned where they are, well… Let us pick our teams! I’d gladly wait in que for a match, just like we used to do in GW1 GvG.
