Some people have order, they don’t like skipping one of those steps on the list.

You can put them in any order you choose on the Watch List. And, if feeling a need to ‘do them in order’ was the case, he/she would be doing things ‘out of order’ by attempting that activity (which is the last PvE one) and not completing the Lumberer one.

Instead of waiting, you could go and actually do the events that unlock the adventure. If no-one else does it, you could be waiting there all day. Who knows, you might even have fun, and surely it can’t be worse than just waiting around.

Or do other dailies and come back after them to check if it’s open

I kinda feel sorry for you Coldtart.4785, what are you gonna do after you completed that adventure ? as it seems it’s the only thing in the game you think are fun to do. Because if you have other fun things to do in the game, you you could do them while waiting for that specific adventure to unlock.
