Sometimes I want to delete all my characters and start over. So many new hairstyles, faces, skins – it’s overwhelming! And not enough gold! Opinions?

Is this game secretly all about fashion? Maybe Zhaitan was against it and that’s why they made us kill him? Mordremoth? Maybe all dragons are…?

Where does our waypoint’s fee goes? Secret anet accounts? Then it’s exchanged for gems?

So many questions! Oh no, they’re here! Knocking at my door! Help!

P.S. The relevant part of OP is first section. Please, ignore the rest – babble of a madman.

It is all about looking like a dandy. Many of us make new toons rather than delete old ones to make particular styles once a look is perfected.

Zhaitan knew. Scarlet knew. Mordremoth knew…

The end is near. I hear a noise at the door, as of some immense slippery body lumbering against it. It shall not find me. God, that hand! The window! The window!

To possibly stop you from making a mistake, the new hairstyles and other character cosmetic things can only be selected from a makeover kit. Not by default.

I’ve done it before. I actually went through a period of creating norn, after norn, after norn for just that purpose. I think all of my character slots were full of them at one point. I just loved the looks I could get.
But my ranger stuck with me, and I’ve since deleted all of my e-paper dolls and made other characters that have stuck with me too.
I do sometimes find too much fun in making new characters. Sometimes I enjoy it more than actually playing the game. I’m that way in all the games that I’ve played. I thought I was the only one… >.>
