Dead accounts
What new server? Did I miss something?
It’s called mega servers. “Dead” accounts mean nothing now. Your home server is only relevant for WvW. So I don’t see the problem with inactive accounts. Or what your asking for.

…They opened up MoD (i think that’s the name) and pulled active players from every server. This in regards to WvW just about gave a new and full of active players server the win in the WvW tournament.
Darkhaven is still considered close to being full, however we only have about 40% active players.

Darkhaven has 170 WvW guilds which puts them in about the middle of the pack. They are performing very well within their league, currently holding 3rd place out of 9.
Most of thos guild have 200 ish people in them, and only ever have 10 people on line, the guild I’m in has 300 members, with more then 60% of its members haven’t been on line in 2 months or more. I have looked around in other guild to see the same.
MoD? No idea what you are referring to.
It is impossible for just one new server to be created. The server count must always be a multiple of three, else who would the odd server compete against in WvW?
If you are mistakenly referring to HoD (Henge of Denravi), that server has been there since launch; I know, because it’s been my home since pre-release. =)
Sheer confusion…
If they remove “dead” accounts, it’s more like destroying them, and cannot return.
If you mean removed from your world, I dunno, propably someone goes offline for a month and returns back to choose a new world without paying transfer costs to a more active world.
Amount of “dead” accounts depend more on the players themselves, if they get bored on GW2, they are most likely offline, alot…
What does “MoD” stand for?
I rarely do PvP or Hard PvE, unless it’s organized.
