I’d love to see it available again- the prices on the TP are ridiculous!

That being said, they’ll have to be careful how they reintroduce it, i.e. how difficult it is to get it. They probably don’t want to create tension by undermining people who have spent thousands of gold on it, or people who have spent hundreds of gold listing it on the TP just for the prices to plummet.

I’d imagine such items would be reintroduced when/if LS1 becomes available to play again and remodelled to fit the “Story Journal”.

It already got reintroduced during last years battle/escape from LA updates, so i wouldnt be surprised, if they reintroduced it again.

I remember picking this thing up for around 600g. So glad I did. The prices now for it are a joke. How does that even happen.. sheesh.

Ye I would like to have that back, I wasn’t playing when it was available… Also I loved the idea to be a glider skin, maybe something similar would look cool!

No it wasn’t, you are thinking of the Spinal blades backpiece. I have that one, and it was unique to the LA event.

It was available as a drop from the citizen rescue events during invasion of LA.

I remember when that event ended, one of the people in my old guild bought about 20 molten jetpacks, essentially cornering the market with a handful of other people.

They kept supply at a minimum for a really long time….. and now there’s only one listed…. and he still has 17 of them left to sell.

Its like this with any item that has 0 supply. You can only win buy buying as many as possible of them when you have the chance. There are stacks of scythes, ghastly grinning shields, greatsaws etc left as well. But those people arent in a rush to sell them because they have enough gold already.
