Soo what was the point of removing trading posts in a lot of areas?. Such a pain in the butt to travel further and spend more coin for the waypoint just to get to the main cities. So what was the logic in that?

My apologies. There are so many comments lately from ‘older players’ aka ‘vets’, I thought you were one (a ‘vet’).

The solution to your ‘pain in the butt’ is to travel to your Borderland (BL) and use the Trading Post (TP) there, at no cost, and with the ability to be returned to the exact spot you left.

Yeah true that thanks for the suggestion. Just feels like Anet is trying to revamp the game just to get new players and forgetting the old player. But nothing we can do :/

Considering you can, and always could, enter your BL map, use the TP and end up right back where you were, I’m not sure how your concern has anything to do with inconveniencing ‘vets’.

Vets? Inconveniencing?. What are you on? Im talking about the patch removing trading posts, I don’t even know wtf you are on with ‘BL’ and ‘TP’. I have been playing just probs for a month and I don’t know some of the crap you are implying, I meant older as in players that started playing before the patch who are still learning the game. Thanks for the info tho Cpt Serious lol

actually inculpatus your information is inaccurate as far as always being able to get into a bl and why aren’t vets allowed to have opinions about them removing qol things ?

I didn’t mean to imply you could always enter without a queue, and, in fact, I didn’t say you could enter without a queue. But, to further elaborate for you, you may encounter a queue depending on your server and/or the time of day. You can always use the Mists as an alternative, as first noted.

And, as far as ‘vets’ not allowed to have opinions, that would be something you have surmised, and not anything I said.

that i inferred it from that which I shouldn’t do
