I’ve been in Desolation for a year and just wanted to hear an outsiders/guesting perspective from people in other servers, what are the general thoughts people have about Desolation?

I guest there simply because there are a lot of players there, so that i can make Jormag or Shatterer even late at night or early in the morning with no problems

It’s Gandara but a little less scrubby and a few more people

Born as the “cool” server in headstart, it is now a huge PvE server, probably the biggest in EU.

Had somewhat good WvW community (lots of trolls though) but had to go through many problems and lost a big chunk of it.

Any idea where the WvW community moved on to?

DVG moved to Piken Square. Other guilds simply left or disbanded. I don’t know much else. You lookin to do the good old bandwagon move?

No I just hit 80 last night and I was interested in WvWvW but heard some bad things about Desolation, just wondered if that was the general community opinion or if I just ran into some “whiners”.
