Okay so thinking back on the personal story I feel cheated. I’ve accepted the reality that Trahearne is the real hero here but I’m not okay that the members of destiny edge showed up at the end and added defeating zhaitan as their reunion dragon. They were no where around after the split in LA (rip). At least Trahearne was there most of the time giving speeches about hope & unity while I killed everything in sight.
First Caithe piggyback on the ztrain and says yay my wild hunt is done but now she stole the egg which is my hunt. Bottom line is Caithe is a hater. #gobacktofaolin

Trahearn does nothing except demotivating everybody with “this won’t end well” every time you encounter a critter.

you basically have to do the dungeons up to arah to get the story with Divinity’s Edge. And see how Rytlock and Logan become bros again, plus other stuff.

Destiny’s Edge in dungeons? They’re there all right in the story modes. Useful? Well, maybe, if you count absorbing a few attacks. About the only time they fight effectively is in TA Story. Oh, wait, those were illusions of them attacking the players…

They’re no different than Trahearne, really. As characters, they’re plot devices who make no contribution beyond their use as mouthpieces for the story.

Then again, if they were programmed to be effective, there’d be all sorts of complaints about that, also.
