I currently play Necro and I noticed in a couple weeks my Health changed from 20,422 to 18,739 to 18,372 with the same equipment. No boons, just walking in town.

Look at WvW bonuses (or lack thereof).

Aahhh I didn’t know WvW bonuses afected out of there.
