This unusual one headed ettin type has been spotted in Metrica Province and Brisban Wildlands so far. Interesting. Makes me wonder if there’s a three headed variety.
Maybe, he has a rare disease where he was born with one head. Or he chopped the other off cause he didn’t get along with it….sold it for an ascended weapon maybe.
