Will there be a discount for the basic game when “the heart of thorns” comes out?

If I had to guess, I would say there will be another discount for GW2 around that time. I doubt they’ll tell you that now because it would cut down on potential profit between now and then. But I just can’t imagine them not offering another good discount for the game so they can pull in as many new customers as possible.
