If I use Food that gives +x MF, and utility effect (Flask of Pumpkin Oil, for example) that gives +y MF, does this stack? Or only highest value is used?

Food and utility will stack, yes. But food and food or utility and utility won’t stack; they’ll just replace the old food or utility.

Message Body length must at least be 15.
