If you people actually try to read his thread, he is not actually complaining about being kicked. He is complaining about the inability to join new parties because the system restricts him.
For myself I’ve never encountered this problem. Maybe you can advertise your own party if you are restricted from joining one?
Start your own party and it fills quickly. If these people think achievement points matter, they’re bad at the game. Steer clear of them.

He complains about not being able to join lfg because he’s kicked a lot, if he’s kicked a lot, it’s because he don’t read the description. People don’t kick 2k AP, unless they specify they want more, or they ask for a specific class, he don’t fit, get kicked, only because he don’t read. Like so much people using lfg.
This method likely protects you from being kicked:
1st: Start a new party, staying close to the dungeon entrance
2nd: Wait until someone joins
3rd: Enter the dungeon immediately. Now you should be Instance host.
4th: If anyone wants to kick you, all players of your party will lose progress.
Usually they don’t wan’t to lose progress. So they’d rather leave. Don’t worry though, people with common sense will stay and additional ones will join.
I never got kicked in the 1k APs for anything. Just wait, let it reset and persevere. The cool down is really poor, but, as with most things in life, you get over it. I raged for a couple of days, too
Each new run i do, I just follow and feel embarrassed and try not to be noticed. It usually works. You can’t help but feel like an idiot the first time.

I bought six chickens. But they are all dead now because of disease. I want to buy more chickens, but the seller refuses to sell me any. What to do?
Solution: Stop buying sick chickens. There is no possible way that the disease can infect them after purchase.
@OP as I mentioned earlier, have you tried to create your own. The system won’t allow you to join one, but perhaps it allows you to create one.
Start your own LFG. Put in the description its a casual run with no min AP and no gear checks. Then enter the dungeon and wait for the group to fill.
You will more likely be in a group with people you will enjoy playing with, and not have to worry about being booted.
The entire system doesn’t need to be adjusted when there is a much better solution for your particular issue that you can resolve easily with the tools available.

Nope. They do kick people with few AP even if they don’t specify it. I’ve seen it happen. Chances are 10 times higher if said person is ranger/necro/engi.
Are you getting kicked instantly after joining? or during play? I play with high AP people and we don’t kick people unless they are unable to keep up in the dungeon and always failing to do things right even after explaining it to them. Even at 7k+ AP points when I do things for the first time I announce them and tell them to give me proper instructions so I know what to do. If you don’t know what you’re doing be honest and ask for help too. They should not change the way LFG tool works… there’s too many people out there that intentionally try to hurt the game play and I don’t want them bothering people like me that don’t have all day to play to enjoy a dungeon or 2.

Nice let’s compare a casual online game to professional qualification. Elitism away o/
…anyway this is just toxic behaviour but nothing Anet can take care of. You should find some friends or a nice guild and only play the dungeons with them. Worst case should be you and 2 friends / guildies start a party this way you can set the ‘terms and conditions’ for joining.
^this is a golden rule for all online games btw.

what?
i left by myself ONCE, still got that kitten
If you are getting kicked repeatedly over and over, you need to ask what’s up with you, not the LFG tool, right?

um, no? What a kitten thing to say. People don’t have to have a lot of achievement mounts to prove they’ve ran someone and get how to do it. Hell, myself I even watch videos before I do dungeons in any mmo. If he qualifies let him play.

+1. Anyone who uses the crutch of acheesement points to measure skill is someone you don’t want to deal with anyway.
RIP my fair Engi and Ranger, you will be missed.

So, you learn the encounters through study. Do you find yourself getting kicked a lot? (This is actually pretty straightforward I warn you.)

+1 from me as well. AP are about the most useless indicator of skill there is. If the party does not know this, they are probably needing you to carry them or are also extremely unskilled. Steer clear.
