People have been constantly complaining about the collection item for Nevermore IV: Friend of the Owl spirit and this still hasn’t been addressed. I have made tickets to support about it and here’s the responses

Basically, complain enough and we’ll get it is what I’m seeing from this response. Can we at least get a confirmation that this has been noticed by anet and is being worked on?

Why are they asking for lists on Reddit of what isn’t working if their official bug forum and HoT subforums are full of exactly these reports?

I’m not surprised it is a bug and I’m glad to see some acknowledgement that it is unintended, but reports are all over these forums if they need this feedback to help them fix them..

On the other thread i red today about this, someone said a fix on this is incoming (apparently a dev commented on Reddit, as usual). Not sure if true, and definitely not sure when, but there it is.

Well I waited there all day and finally got the event to happen but it didn’t give me the item. Wasted all my time for nothing.
