I have been reporting a bot army for awhile now and yet they remain, so I doubt it.

If it is players you are talking about then i can say that goldsellers are the reall and only issue here. I doubt there would have been any players botting so far.
btw Goldsellers do not pay for the game they use hacked acounts

People do bot, more than you’d think. Any promise for easy wealth will attract random players.

Thanks for your concerns. The team is fully aware of the botting issue and we receive daily reports on these practices. We know that they certainly do not help the playing experience of any of us.
We are working on it. But please, do understand that we have also other issues to take care about and it may take a little until we deal with all the reported issues.
