I was playing fractals a few weeks ago when I picked up a rather interesting fellow (sorry do not recall their name since I do fractals with a lot of PUGs), we were discussing how we all got our pre/exo gear, when they drop a tid bit of information. They go on to explain how they were talking with a dev and they had a theory that Event Participation had something to do with RNG working better in your favour. Naturally I blew this off as w/e internet bs is these days, but I noticed I had been getting a lot better drops on the toon I have been playing on where all I did on it was craft and karma train in EotM; as opposed to my main who has not done so many events to level up but only did story a few dungeons here and there and that’s all. So this brings me to the question: Does event participation have factor in how well RNG works?
