I finally convinced a friend to get the game to play with myself and a bunch of friends, but he couldn’t get on our server. I know there are still free transfers, but he is unable to switch to our server because it’s still listed as “Full” even though it’s a monday morning when you’d think not as many people would be online.
Is there any way for my friend to get onto my server? We don’t want to all move to his server because we’ve got a bunch of guild influence upgrades (and used up our influence boosters from buying DD, essentially throwing away one of the bonuses if we move now).

Do not worry, they do drop down, very popular servers can stay full for days though. I was on Blacktide and wanted to move to Desolation, problem was it was always full every day, so i waited until 3am UK time and the server was at high allowing me to join.
Same situation with a friend who got the game on Saturday, he held off playing all day until the server dropped to high allowing him to join the same server as me.
i had this problem before. the server became unfull 2 days after. maybe i got lucky
Thanks, that answers the question. At least it’s possible that my server will drop down from Full at some point. I was just worried that the server could only allow so many accounts, whether people were logged in or not, and it would be full permanently.
Just keep checking. Its slowed down a bit since they limited transfers to once per 24 hours, but spots will still open up. I joined a guild before I transferred, not realizing they were on a full server. Took me a few days to get in, but I managed eventually.
