Guild Wars 2

I mean by this an actual GM character that appears in the game , and is differant to all the other classes.
Other MMOs Ive played have them, but Ive never seen one in this game yet.

There are GMs in-game. You can differentiate them from other players by their name, which always starts with GM and their different colored chat (Gold).

You can use Google to do a forum search for the Dev post expounding on this.
