Double Black Lion Ticket Drop
I got one (2 scraps) just 3 days ago….
When is the next double black lion scrap/ticket drop from the chests?
When ever ANet feels like it. Probably when the tickets sitting in peoples accounts get a low enough number that they want some more pumped into the game. I’m sitting on 5 and have been for awhile., since the Gallant set come out. I’ve just not liked any since then.

I rather thought when they dropped from chests was RNG based. To get two intact tickets is one chance in fifty (or whatever they’ve set it to now) times one chance in 50 which equals to not very often.
