When I started the game and wasn’t really comfortable with the interface, I’ve accidentally bought two of the same outfits. Then I thought “oh, well, maybe I can mail the second one someone” and forgot about it. Now, when I found it stashed in my bank, I don’t really know what to do with the second one, as it’s account bound. I really don’t want to destroy it, as I’m a bit jealous about the gems spent, but I don’t really know what to do with it.
I don’t really think it fits support section, but correct me if I’m wrong. Any suggestions about what to do?

Submit a support ticket and see if they will issue a gem refund for the duplicate. They have been known to help in cases like this.

FWIW, support were happy to swap an unlimited gathering tool for me when I bought the wrong one, totally by being dumb. They asked me to destroy the old one on the ticket, I did, and they sent me the replacement. Hang on to it until they ask, though!

So if you have another outfit you want instead of the same value, you could ask for a swap too.
