The patch notes said that any level 80 character working in a zone level 55 and up should receive some loot drops at thier level. I have been running around a level 60-70 zone and am still getting lev 77 or 78 drops, just like I used to. How hard is it to understand that if a toon is level 80, then drops for his/her level should be lev 80. Is it just careless programming, lack of brain power, or just out right lying here? I hate to be so brash, but I get pretty tired of it. Please do what you are saying that you are going to do.

Furthermore, down leveling is still broken too. I’m still seeing places when i ’ve been scaled lower than the level by 3 or so levels.

The patch notes say those zones will be able to, not that it’s guaranteed you will always get level 80 loot.

I got level 80 drops in Sparkfly yesterday, even salvaged whites for ori like I’d normally do.

And in Wayfarer Foothills I got a couple level 67 rares (not that 80 would be expected there after patch notes, just a tidbit of additional info).

That’s because the game doesn’t want you to be in those zones. It wants you to join the zerg and grind high level areas like a bot.

It’s the only explanation.
