I am a warrior at present.

When downed, there is a hammer that is “supposed” to knock down a player if I successfully get it off before he kills me, right?

Then why in WvW have I NEVER been able to get a player down when downed even when there was only ONE other player and no others around?

Either take away the downed state or give it a chance to work – as it is it is NOT working.

You sure they’re not using stability? God knows I activate it when I’m approaching someone that’s downed. So many fears and knockbacks.

People have figured out how to counter most downed-state abilities with Blinds, Stealth or Stability. Warriors especially are easy to counter. That’s probably why it never works.
