The expansion size is roughly 3.5 GB over 110k+ files. Took me about 30 minutes to download, which is reasonable. At points, I was moving at 7 MBPS. It slowed down at times, but resumed for the most part.
One of two things is PROBABLY true: it’s doing the same for you and you intentionally posted a slow dip, OR they are overwhelmed with downloads.
I don’t care which one. Just chill. Or don’t – rage, hell, I don’t give a kitten.
Some of the first files were a bit slow, but am at 2 MB/sec so hang tight. Could be various factors, connections point to point, file size and various countless things. You will get there.

It might be reasonable to you to be throttled down to 7mb/s. It is not for me however.
I know my Internet can handle a lot faster so I do not care for being throttled down.
