Downscaling broked????
We also have that advantage when leveling of any thing that increases our stats through runes and other means besides our gear stats they get it we do not so they will be one shoting or 2 shotting mobs as they level and its not cool it works this way. Now I did post this in the bugs section but I wanted to show others here my findings I just wanted to see if we might get some fixes on this before hand but no word from the dev’s on it.

So I did a video a while back showing how downscaling sense the new patch has in fact made our characters weaker then before and showing that they only way we can make up the difference is by food and using every effect from traits and other things but you will still be at a weaker state.
So you don’t think, for example, the fact my level 80 Guardian is able to do +% damage in symbols, +% damage to burning enemies, +% damage while under effects of aegis, +% damage with GS, makes up for the 10% loss in stats? I’m thinking it does…

Having the percentage increase does make up some of the difference but only till they unlock the traits in the video I explain any map that has a lvl factor of below 70 you loose your stat increase from runes and that there lowers your effects from the +20% or more from those its not just lvl 21 and below content where players do not have those +% increase but anything below lvl 70 maps has this you have a -10% to stats from there down you also have to use more skills to give you the effective bonus of that loss through other means now.
In truth from any map with a lvl of 70 and below our characters not only loose a part of there build make up the have to use more things to make up that difference cause even though you have that +20% you have other with that plus another +100 to stats you do not plus other things scale as well like signets that increase your stats do make up that loss of 10%. So you are weaker then some one of equal lvl even at tequatil or any world event boss to someone of that level. dungeons are effected by this as well I noticed this right off when playing in the explorer modes the ones below lvl 70 in level you have the same effects on you the loss of that 10% and your loss of rune stats so yes you have other means to make that up but not by a huge margin unless you use other sources to do it like food and such and they do not make up the full difference just a 2 to 3%.
See I am not complaining I did this to show that yes your character when downscaled is weaker thats all, it did add to the difficulty but only if your wearing master crafted or less gear while downscaled you are even weaker then one in white gear of the levels you downscale to making the game a little more difficult.
