I just want to say the new map is great, I personally love it, the size and depth of this map will take some time to get use to but the level of detail and time it must have taken to make this is truly impressive,

Some parts of the map are hard to get to, esp for events, so not sure how that will play out long term,

My only issue is the current bug ingame with the lighting is really really noticeable on this new map, and can nearly make parts of it unplayable, hopefully we will see a fix for that soon.

Is that a lighting bug? I just thought some parts of the map were really dark.

Overall I really enjoy this map. Difficult enough to navigate that you don’t know where everything is as soon as you enter it (like all core tyria maps), yet laid out in such a logical manner that its easy to find out what path you need to take to get to where you want to go.

From an exploration standpoint, I think it has by far the most replay ability of any LWS3 map so far. I haven’t tried out the new mastery yet, but I imagine it makes traveling even more fun in this map.

I think that, mapwise, my biggest disappointment is that the effect allowing you to enter the heart of the volcano disappears after you complete the story, and that there is no new part of the map you unlock that you can then explore. It wouldn’t need to have any PoI or Vistas (so you can map complete without doing the story), but I think it would have been cool to unlock a new explorable part of the map that way. But that’s just a minor thing to me.
