Achievement done to unlock them, but somewhere along the line I lost them and it was before the wardrobe.

So will a support ticket be any hope to get this fixed?

To clarify. They are not unlocked in my wardrobe, even tho I have actually earned the achievement they were rewarded for.

I think it was an achievement atleast, so long ago I dont remember.

If you deleted them or transmuted over them before the wardrobe system was in place they are gone for good.

Yeah. My daughter had an accident with hers. They cannot help. We just keep hoping that it will become possible to earn them again. (Since almost everything else is now for sale for laurels.)

The holographic dragon wings can still be reacquired via gold on the TP or jorbreakers from the NPC in LA, but the holographic shattered dragon wings cannot be gotten again. Wasn’t sure which you were referring to.

Send a support ticket. You got the Shattered Wings from an Achievement, so should player support help you, they can check your account, and unlock them for you. No Promises though, it depends who is going to help you, and how you work your ticket

According to the Knowledge Base, the CS Team can not unlock such items.

But, it has been known to be inaccurate before, so best of luck with the request.

Dont get why this is something we really have to deal with at all. Achievements that gave X reward and are “Achieved” on an account.

I dont see a valid reason for these not to be auto unlocked. It is a account bound skin that the account has already achieved from an achievement.

For sure they can track what achievements we have, all they have to do is write some code for, yes, yes all the old achievements to unlock the wardrobe feature.

Contact about GEM STore, we get instant answer. But hard earned stuff. Nope.

End of my rant, dont even know why I have to write this.

Currently the answer I’ve seen is that support doesn’t have the tools to place items that are gained by an achievement into an account. Maybe the tools they are designing to remove titles from the Hall of Monument bug will allow them up do this. You might ask support about that.
