Yes, that recipe. The one they, in my opinion, didn’t make available enough and figured they’d make up for it eventually. This recipe has been requested multiple times and yet, nothing. Especially after I too bought gems with cash to buy Rich Dragon coffer’s and received crud in exchange.
At the moment this patch has sucked the life out of the expansion hype and excitement.

Why would it come back? This isn’t Dragon Bash. Did the other food like Koi cakes come back?

When ANet says very rare, they are saying, “HAHAHAHAHAHAHA ROFL” (while pointing at player trying to get the item).
Keep your money in your pocket when it comes to ANet’s rare/very rare RNG items.

Marginally better than the birthday blaster for stat and mf but worse for karma and exp. More convenient due to the longer duration.
There would probably be a lot fewer people with the recipe if it weren’t for the bug in the beginning.

If they gave us an equivalent food, I’d be fine with having that then. My OCD wouldn’t mind as much then. Just like we have equivalents to “Koi cakes” in the “Bowl of Garlic Kale Sautee” and “Rare Veggie Pizza”.
