So you accumulate vast quantities of dragonite ore and except for being used to create dragonite ingots there is nothing you can do with them except stuff them in your bank. Trouble is even with Storage Expanders the maximum stack size in your bank is 250. Why doesn’t storage expanders apply to your bank stacks? Or better yet why can’t you buy/sell dragonite ore?

Create an alt.

Place bags on alt.

You now have an additional 100+ slots of storage.

Drag dragonite from inventory to open screen area.

Agree to popup.

Store infinite dragonite in the place where it is most useful.

The ascended mats were never intended to be loot of any value. They are more of a timegate to make sure you complete a certain amount of content in order to craft your ascended gear.

Your problem is that expect it to have value apart from its original content and therefore hoard it. Just delete it and you will have more space.

A Dragonite easting item like the Star or Mawdrey II would help, but it is not in game yet.

If a Dragonite consuming item doesn’t come with a Lion’s Arch rebuilding event, I definitely hope the Hylek in HoT have got one lined up for me

Maybe their Sun/Jungle deity could have a dragonite feeding relic?

Even if they make something that eats it, I have doubts it would be worth storing. Mawdrey II and the Star of Gratitude will only consume so much in a day. They know this stuff and anything you can produce with it would flood the market if they ever let it.

- Turn them into ingots
- Make an alt and store the ore/ingots on them to free up bank space
- Buy real bank space or max it out
- drag and drop the excess ore/ingots from your inventory/bank and watch them disappear into thin air

I have listed various ways to minimize/get rid of a plethora of obtained dragonite ore/ingots.

Can also be carried out on empyreal + bloodstone.

Have fun.

Or just look the other way when clicking destroy. Its painful I know, but after awhile you realize hoarding dragonite is a problem, and you need to take the first steps in getting past it.

I would love to have a source of dragonite that doesnt make me want to cut myself (fractals give dragonite please). :P

I have no problem making 10-20c for every bloodstone dust with the toxic nourishments.
But that is only due to the relatively high prices for the recipes, so not much people flood that market.

Don’t know how often i killed Claw of Jormag and Shatty to get my dragonite back
in the days when i made all my ascended weapons.

But people will not start to complain how much work it is to destroy a stack now and
then, before we get back there i assume.

Dragonite eater please. Or use it to craft actual weapons in HoT. Something, anything!

I shall build my guild hall with my 250 bloodstone bricks, 250 dragonite ingots, and ~40-50k dragointe ore. I shall use my ~10-20k bloodstonedust as mortar, and adorn my hall with ~230 Empyreal stars.

Though seriously…I’d love a dragonite eater, the sooner the better. I was really hoping for a return of Dragon Bash with it, but if it comes with the rebuilding of LA that would also be good.
