Did I miss an announcement or something?

I have 1 ticket left in the bank in which Im saving as I couldnt initially decide what weapon I favour from the axe or the staff.. Have been flip flopping between two characters and was awaiting their armour style to be finalised before deciding which skin will fit.

Now I went to preview the items today and there gone from the weapons vendor.

Abit gutted to say the least, I missed out on a skin and I cant find a warning or reference about this anywhere within patch notes. Does anyone have the same problem or do you all know about a fair warning that I dont?

If there wasnt adequate warning I dont see how this is particularly fair.

They are not gone, the npc will only show you the weps if you have a ticket present in your inventory when you interact with it.
