On the wiki there are conflicting ideas on the availability of the chest available after the dredge commissar event in Dredgehaunt. The Commissar page says that the Manifesto can drop from the chest once daily per account…but the Manifesto page seems to indicate that it may drop once per character each day. I wanted to change the wiki…but did not want to put out false information. I am fairly certain that the drops like the manifesto…and the Rhendak signet are loot from the ground chest at the end of that fight…and that that chest appears only once per account per day. Can someone enlighten me?

for world bosses (including those with no official timer, like the Commissar), the UI chest is once per account per day, while the chest on the ground (the one that drops boss-specific items) is once per character per day.
