Hi. I really would like to know whether there is any thought put into deciding drop rates of items in the game ? If I remember correctly it was John Smith who was supposed to be the resident economist for the game. Do you guys consider the impact on the ingame economy while deciding drop rates of items especially during special events such as Halloween and wintersday ? Every time we have one of these large festivals or events the prices of some item or the other goes for a toss………

Also the event items – most recent example being the ugly socks/sweaters etc……please provide some unlimited form of storage or more stacking in one slot (like 10k) for these items or reduce the drop rate!!
What am I supposed to do with the stacks of potiions such as griffon/princess doll ? Cant even sell them….millions unsold in the tp. Of course I can destroy….but why put me through the trouble!! Most of the items in the wintersday gift box and trick or treat bags (sadly) had such a high drop rate that made them useless beyond a point.

Also stuff like bloodstone dust and dragonite….I get so much that neither refining nor mawdrey can cope and have to destroy stacks.

Ok I agree that the drop rate in these cases may be helpful for the more casual players….but it is all still too much. Please reduce the trash drops in the game. The TP is literally turning into a large dustbin.

Frankly I don’t see a problem here, other than your problem with destroying things you don’t need. Get over it; if it’s worthless to you, you shouldn’t keep it.

If you have mystic coins you can transform those into snowflakes via the mystic forge.
