Hey guys, I want to know what is the drop rate from getting the Dreamwhistle or Ley Line weapons from Memories of Scarlet Box?

At the moment I got around 350 blooms, close to getting a Toxic or Scarlett armour skins but I don’t really have the desire to get them (it would be nice to have them in my collection but so far none of my characters would wear it unless I played with the wardrobe more). Granted the rate I been getting the bloom will decline tomorrow (I working all day tomorrow).

Those weapons inside those boxes interest me more due to the AP for owning the BL weapons and due to the fact I want a Dreamwhistle longbow and greatsword for so long now (no I’m not a gold farmer before you tell me to farm the money to buy them).

So at the moment, I got five boxes from the dailes (I open one already so it’s not six) which could be six more if I get the daily done tomorow and Monday (I read the event has been extended to one more day right). What is the RNG that I will get any of those weapons from 5-11 boxes? Yes I know it will be super slim from getting that longbow and greatsword but at this point, any of those weapons will be great for me.

I just want to know to those who opened them already, were you lucky to get them or not so lucky and how many boxes you open til you got one?

As Bender indicates but the opposite:

You know the song, To Dream the Impossible Dream? It says you have a chance of succeeding against the odds, if only you will try.

Don’t believe it.

The chance is very low obviously, or the price of the skins would be dropping fast.

The droprate would probably be in the order of several thousands to one against.
So don’t count on getting a skin, you’re better off saving up the gold for it.

Also – OP, if you have no desire to equip the Toxic/Scarlet set, do not get it.
When the free birthday dyes came along I picked an expensive colour I’d never use – instant “buyers remorse”, wish I got one that was worth 1/10 the cost instead.

My recommendation: get the Selfless Potion
(not the Thoughtless one, since iirc that isn’t as noticeable, and did not always display well depending on race/hairstyle)
You’ll probably have at least one character it will suit, and it may never appear again, or at least if it does it will be behind some terrible grind.

the chance is infinitely small. even if you trade all your tokens for boxes, hell, even if you could get 10 or 100 times more boxes than you’re able to farm in those 4 days you won’t get any of those skins. getting the right skin is even less possible. yes, maybe you hit the jackpot and perhaps you get what you want but the chance is basically nonexistent. the chance is probably the same as getting a precurser from a random mob.
if you’re willing to throw all your tokens at rng boxes at least do us all a favor and post the result on wiki.
